Our Personal Pet Charm is an add-on to the Personal Pet Tag. Adding on to their name, it's a little extra identity of theirs. Each tag is freshly custom-made and designed for daily walks, café hangs, zoomies, and everything in between.
The Details
Ultra lightweight, under 2g and less than 20mm. Water-resistant and suitable for daily adventures.
Because each tag is 3D printed, you may notice tiny layer lines (aka “printer kisses”). These are completely normal and part of the 3D printing, not defects. Every tag is inspected before it heads your way.
Good to Know
Every tag is custom-made just for your pup, so we can’t accept returns for personalised items. But if we make a mistake (wrong name, colour, or a defect), we’ll replace it free or refund you 100%. Just drop us an e-mail with photos within 14 days of delivery.
A Quick Safety Note
Tags and accessories naturally wear over time, do give your pup’s tag a quick check from time to time to make sure everything stays secure and comfy.
- Simple hand wash using mild soap and warm water recommended. Harness can be machine washed on delicate cycle.
- When not in use, please avoid leaving it in direct sunlight.
- Kindly note that although our materials are medical-grade, they are not designed to be chew-proof.
FAQs
How do I measure my dog?
For neck measurement, please measure the circumference of the lowest part of their neck. For the chest measurement, please measure the circumference of their body about 2-3 cm behind their front legs (armpit area).
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible! If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placement so we can assist you before it’s processed."

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $60 and above; for orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of $8 applies. Once your order has been processed, you can typically expect your items to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
If you have any issues with your order and wish to request a return or exchange, please email us at help@maybetoday.co within 14 days of your delivery. Our team will guide you through the refund or exchange process, though please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a $8 postage fee. Do note that discounted or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
